I come from three consecutive generations of holistic healers, and I found massage therapy as my calling. Holistic healing has been a major influence in my life. My sister is a licensed massage therapist, my mother is a licensed massage therapist, my father is a retired chiropractor, my aunt is a licensed massage therapist, two of my uncles are chiropractors, my grandfather retired from a forty-five plus year career as a chiropractor, and my great grandmother was a massage therapist. With this lineage of knowledge and skills passed down from generation to generation, as well as my professional training, I am able to effectively help my patients on their personal journey to wellness.

Alongside my generational knowledge, I graduated as a top-performing student from The Colorado Springs School of Massage after completing an intensive 600-hour course in 2022. I learned traditional Swedish massage, and the core fundamentals of trigger-point therapy, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, manual lymphatic drainage, sports massage, chair massage, reflexology, and prenatal massage. I plan to continue my education and gain further certifications to expand my toolkit to assist my patients even more efficiently.

My area of specialty is deep tissue massage, injury recovery, range-of-motion improvement, and sports massage. I have been part of the Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC Sports Medicine team since 2023. I also have previously worked with a top five internationally ranked strong woman. I love to help athletes reach their next level of performance and recovery.

My goal for every session is to help my clients achieve an elevated level of wellness. I believe it is essential to listen to each client and develop a plan together to reach their desired wellness goal. I believe in addressing the root of the issue to help heal. I work with my patients to educate and empower them. I also refer my patients to specialized treatment when needed. I personalize each plan of care and session to fit the individual needs of my patients. I do not believe in a "one size fits all" method of treatment. I use all of my toolkit and skills to make sure my patients receive the best treatment possible.

When I'm not working, I love to play soccer or explore the great outdoors and enjoy all that Colorado has to offer. I am a Colorado Springs native and have lived in this beautiful city for most of my life. I have been with my wonderful wife, Tiffany, since 2017. Tiffany can be found reading about the law or planning our next adventure. We welcomed our furry friend, Jelly Bean, in 2020. She can usually be found looking for love (or food). I believe life is too short to not enjoy it, and I strive to live it to the fullest.
